Hygiene Promise

Due to the nature of intimatewear, panties, shapewear, and any product with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures the safety and comfort of every customer.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

We accept exchange or store credit requests in the following cases:

You received a wrong or damaged item.

The product is missing or defective on arrival.

You wish to exchange for another size, and the hygiene seal and tags are fully intact.

How to Report a Problem

Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish, showing the parcel label and product.

Fill the return/exchange form within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, video, and product pictures and other details asked. 

Our support team will verify the issue and respond with the next steps.

Queries raised related to return/exchange after 24 hours of delivery will not be resolved under any condition.


Exchange Window

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags and hygiene seals intact.

Reverse pickup may be arranged, or you can self-ship the product (details will be shared).

 Refunds & Store Credit
We issue store credit only for all approved returns or exchanges.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase at dearcurve.com and never expires.

Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are not included in store credit.

 Non-Returnable Items
Panties, shapewear, and intimatewear with opened hygiene seals.

Clearance or final-sale products.

Quality Check

All returned items undergo a strict Quality Control process. If the product fails QC (worn, washed, or without tags/seal), the return will be denied and shipped back to you.
